Customer App Support (fulltime) - £TBC

AppInst Ltd (trading as AppInstitute.co.uk) is a mobile app development and marketing company based in Nottingham, England. Our core product is an online App building platform, which allows its users to create small business Apps (iPhone & Android) with a simple cloud based tool with little or no tech skills needed.

We require a new team member to help with our customer support experience. As a small start-up business, in our second year, day-to-day duties could be varied as we work an “all hands to the pump” philosophy, but generally the core of the role is:

Role Tasks
  • Answer customer support emails
  • Update customer knowledgebase with help issues/answers
  • Create help training videos
  • Providing App builder support to customers
  • Customer App QA and Submission
  • Adhoc App Building using App Builder
Key Skills
